LEVEL ONE

A medium intensity workout with basic movements for the beginner with little fitness experience.

LEVEL TWO
A medium to high intensity workout with more complex movements for regular exercisers.

LEVEL THREE
A high intensity, fast paced workout with complex movements for the experienced fitness enthusiast.

KICKBOXING
Get your kicks & punches on the heavy bag while instructors help develop proper body positioning & striking technique in this cardio & strength workout.

YOGA
Enjoy the blend of power, balance & flexibility as you engage in a flow of asanas (postures) to enhance your strength and reduce tensions from daily stress.

* All of our classes are 45 minutes and accommodate men, women and youths (12+)
* All levels of ability and experience are welcome. Our trainers are with you every step of the way.
* Equipment including gloves can be borrowed, but we encourage you to purchase your own.
